Business Analyst

In this role as a Business Analyst (BA), your main responsibility will be to assist CAIDO/AIDO in research for the preparation of AI Strategy Roadmap or advising on AI projects. You will need to understand user needs, define project scopes, and translate business challenges into actionable AI and digital transformation projects. Collaboration with the development team is essential to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that AI projects meet organizational goals and drive tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather Requirements: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document comprehensive requirements for AI and digital transformation projects, understanding business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives. - Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using AI and digital technologies. - Scope AI Solutions: Work with the AI and Digital Transformation Officer and technical teams to define project scopes and feasibility, considering resource requirements and potential impact. - Data Analysis: Analyze data sources and quality to ensure availability of reliable and relevant data for model training and decision-making. - Prioritize Use Cases: Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on their business value and alignment with organizational goals. - Change Management: Support change management efforts during AI and digital transformation initiatives, including user training and communication. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT activities to ensure AI solutions and digital transformations meet business requirements and expectations. - Project Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process workflows, and project-related artifacts. - Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery. - Conduct Research for CAIDO/AIDO. Qualifications Required: - Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is essential for this role. - Business Analysis Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst for at least 7 years, focusing on projects related to AI, digital transformation, or technology initiatives. - Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain where AI and digital transformation projects will be implemented. - AI and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and digital transformation frameworks. - Data Literacy: Knowledge of data concepts, data modeling, and data analysis techniques. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and recommend suitable AI solutions. - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.,
