Business Analyst ( Voyage )

This position plays a crucial role in analyzing and translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to optimize processes, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of weekly voyage results and analytical reports
• Conduct data quality assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of
• operational cost and revenue reported.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and initiate corrective measures on the deviations identified.
• Monitor standard Costs time to time to reduce variance with actuals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities
• for improvement and optimization.
• Identify / monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of relevant departments and report to
• management.
• Use data analytical tools and techniques to improve working process.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements from management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification(s) :

Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, accounting or a

related field

Working Experience(s) :

Shipping or Transport industry

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills tohandle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and evolving maritime environment.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, MS Oice and techniques; experience in

using data organization tools such as Power Query or similar is an added

advantage.
