Contribute to updates in ESLs internal DG handling policies and SOPs based on risk assessments and operational learnings. Training Support: Support the delivery of DG training programs for ESL staff globally by preparing material, coordinating sessions, and addressing DG-related queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import procedures, regulatory compliance, and documentation workflows within the shipping industry. Responsibilities Issue Import Delivery Orders (D/Os) to customers upon receipt and verification of all required documents. Conduct thorough document checks to ensure accuracy and confirmed payment collection before releasing D/Os. Prepare and issue customer invoices after cross-verifying all applicable charges and GST details . Perform follow-ups on uncollected D/Os and outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
