Location: Pune
Configuring AIM for policy administration and accounting workflows
Supporting MGA systems and integration with other Vertafore products
Handson experience with Vertafore AIM administration configuration or support
Familiarity with insurance domain workflows and MGA operations
Provide day to day support for Vertafore AIM and related platforms
Troubleshoot user issues manage support tickets and escalate complex problems to vendor or internal teams
Configure AIM for client workflows including policy upload document management and accounting processes
Diagnose and resolve performance issues eg: lock contention deadlocks
Conduct baselining KPI measurement and regression avoidance strategies during migrations on Prem to cloud
Create user guides conduct UAT and deliver training sessions for end-users
Maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SQL system diagnostics and performance tuning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
