Business Analyst - Transaction banking

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst at Capco, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and delivery excellence for our clients in the banking, financial, and energy sectors. You will collaborate with clients and industry partners to bring about impactful change through your expertise in requirements elicitation, backlog management, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize proven expertise in requirements elicitation, backlog management, and Agile delivery, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills by collaborating across Business, Tech, and Ops teams in multi-country and cross-cultural environments. - Conduct customer channel analysis, focusing on Mobile Banking Apps and Browser Front-End solutions. - Prioritize requirements effectively to define MVP scope, author Epics and User Stories, and validate with various stakeholders including Product Owners, IT, Ops, Risk/Legal/Compliance, and UX. - Manage the full delivery lifecycle from problem framing and market research to structured delivery through to implementation. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive clarity, ensure alignment, and support regulatory and business change.
