Job Description

About the Role:

Business Analyst (BA)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Document business processes, workflows, functional specifications, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers, QA teams, and system architects.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Support project management teams in planning, monitoring, and delivering IT and business projects.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics to track business performance (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions for efficiency gains.

Preferred:

Experience in
data analysis and visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT systems.
Relevant certifications such as
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA
