Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst (BA) for TCS BaNCS Insurance Implementation project in Trivandrum with travel to GCC, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements in various insurance domains including life, medical, motor, and non-motor. Your responsibilities will include documenting functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, bridging the gap between business and technical teams, supporting QA teams with test case design and validation, participating in workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation, as well as ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across different insurance domains. - Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams during design, development, and UAT phases. - Support QA teams with test case design validation and UAT execution. - Participate in workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation. - Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the insurance sector. - Proven experience in TCS BaNCS implementations. - Understanding of insurance products and regulations in the Middle East. - Experience in handling UAT and collaborating closely with QA teams. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess excellent documentation and requirement elicitation skills, be familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, and have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
