Position: Business Analyst
The Analyst is responsible for analysing all business metrics and give improvement ideas to the management. The analysis includes Sales analysis, Forecasting, Margin analysis, Cost optimisation, merchandising mix planning, forecasting, demand and supply planning, Inventory optimisation etc..
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for analysing sales and cost for 250+ retail outlets. Give inputs to Increase sales per store.
2. Cost optimisation projects and analysis.
3. Improve Store level and company level margins.
4. Merchandising mix plan outlet wise depending on type of store.
5. Demand Planning and Supply planning for 3000+ items.
6. Reduce the deliver time for customer.
7. Track KPI and report regularly to stake holder.
8. Ensure the KPI are met by the stakeholder by aiding them with data and ideas to improve their performance.
Key Skills:
1. Sales analysis
2. Retail Metrics analysis

6. Ability to see the big picture and think strategically
Technical Skills:
• MS Office, Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of excel programming and VBA Macros.
• Exposure to data analysis tools like SQL, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau.
• Python and R Programming
