Job Description

We need a strong business analyst who can work independently and manage a small team of people. They need to have a background working in financial domain, and ideally a background in data management. Requirements Experience leading teams of Business Analysts/ Data Analysts. Experience of working as a Business Analyst for a product. Experience in leading the solution designing and discussions. Experience with SQL, analysing large data sets, API's. Experience in understanding ETL workflows and coming up with BRD's and FRDs EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS 3 to 5 years of experience working as a business analyst within the Financial Sector (ideally into Banking) Understanding of risk, finance and banking processes. Ability to understand business processes, analyze as-is processes, develop new to-be processes in order to drive operational efficiency. Read and interpret data models, ETL processes, strong Data Analysis is a must Strong relationship management skills, consultative skills and client-facing experience. Work independently on small to large and complex projects without the need for supervision. Provide honest assessment to stakeholders of the expected delivery date of the problem resolution to ensure consistency with their expectations.
