As a Business Analyst at Intuitive, you will play a key role in providing best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams during solution implementation and ongoing sustainment. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design of projects, directing the ServiceNow implementation, and certifying solution design for strategic technologies. Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality delivery of all aspects of solution development. In an operational capacity, you will be integral to the team responsible for solution design, reviewing business processes, and system-level changes for continual service improvement. You will collaborate with process teams to maintain consistency, stability, and supportability of the solution, aligning with the organizational roadmap and leveraging current vendor solution capabilities. Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and translating them into user stories for the development team are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will support testing activities, provide insights on business requirements to onsite and offshore developers, and develop documentation for systems based on gathered requirements. Qualifications: - 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience - At least two years of experience managing large technology engagements - Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations - 4+ years with ServiceNow Integration Design and implementation (including some with Integration Hub) - Experience leveraging CSDM/CMDB as part of an integrated solution - Strong experience in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and ITAM modules - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Intuitive considers qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with fair chance laws.
