Business Analyst & Scrum Master

As a Business Analyst with us, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. Additionally, you will develop flowcharts, use case diagrams, and data flow diagrams to visualize business processes and translate business needs into functional specifications (SRS) for developers and designers. It will be part of your role to evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals, especially in AI, mobile, and web domains. In the role of a Scrum Master at Flynaut LLC, you will facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. You will manage and track sprints, tasks, and deliverables using JIRA project management tools. Your responsibility will include ensuring the team follows agile principles and continuously improves development processes. It will also be your duty to remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure the timely delivery of project goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment is also a key aspect of this role. For this position, we are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master role. Hands-on experience managing projects using JIRA is essential. Proven experience in web and mobile application development projects, familiarity with AI technologies, and modern tech stacks is a strong advantage. Expertise in creating flowcharts, wireframes, and other business documentation tools is also required. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are crucial. A Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) would be a plus.
