Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of the real estate domain to work onsite at our clients Mumbai office. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, mapping real estate processes (lead-to-sale, channel partner management, customer lifecycle), and supporting Salesforce solution design and adoption. Candidates should have 5+ years of BA experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills, and prior exposure to real estate CRM processes.
