Job Role:

• The Retail Experience Audit Manager oversees a team of auditors responsible for remotely

evaluating U.S. retail stores for compliance, operational performance, and brand

presentation. This role ensures audit accuracy, consistency, and impact by training team

members, refining processes, and partnering closely with U.S. Retail Experience leadership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with strong analytical, communication,

and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Retail Experience Auditors, providing ongoing training,

coaching, and performance feedback.

• Review and validate audit findings for accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain standardized auditing procedures, scorecards, and reporting

frameworks.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the offshore audit team and U.S. Retail Experience

leadership.

• Consolidate audit results, identify trends, and prepare summary reports highlighting

compliance risks, strengths, and opportunities.

• Oversee workload distribution and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine metrics, improve audit consistency, and evolve

program methodology.

• Support onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
• Manage escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with U.S. standards.
• Contribute to process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives within the

Retail Experience function.

Job Role:

• The Retail Experience Auditor supports U.S. retail operations by conducting remote audits

of store locations to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and

compliance requirements. Using CCTV footage, video conferencing tools, and the

companys internal ticketing system, this role evaluates store readiness, employee

performance, and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detailoriented,

and confident communicating in English with U.S.-based field leaders and store

teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual audits of retail stores by reviewing CCTV footage and connecting via

video calls (e.g., FaceTime, Microsoft Teams).

• Evaluate store presentation, organization, employee professionalism, and customer

readiness against defined standards.

• Document findings and prepare clear, detailed audit reports within actionable insights.
• Log and track audit issues using the companys ticketing system, ensuring visibility and

follow-up by the US team.

• Perform time audits of employees to validate compliance with attendance and

productivity requirements.

• Identify operational gaps and provide objective observations to support decision-making

by US leadership.

• Partner with the U.S. Retail Experience team to share findings, highlight trends, and

support improvement initiatives.
