Job Description

Position: Technical Business Analyst Retail, OMS Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview: Were seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in retail domain and order management systems (Sterling OMS / Manhattan OMS). Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems mapping Convert functional business needs into detailed technical specifications/configurations Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders Create and manage test plans: black-box, positive/negative scenarios Support releases and perform post-deployment validations Troubleshoot and analyze production issues, conduct RCA Facilitate Agile ceremonies and documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories) Use structured analysis and modeling tools to support business needs Must-Have Skills: 6–9 years total IT experience, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Experience with Order Management Systems (Sterling OMS / Manhattan OMS) Retail domain knowledge (inventory, order flow, fulfillment, etc.) Hands-on with Agile/SAFe methodology (Epics, Features, Stories, Scrum ceremonies)
