Position: Technical Business Analyst Retail, OMS Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview: Were seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in retail domain and order management systems (Sterling OMS / Manhattan OMS). Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems mapping Convert functional business needs into detailed technical specifications/configurations Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders Create and manage test plans: black-box, positive/negative scenarios Support releases and perform post-deployment validations Troubleshoot and analyze production issues, conduct RCA Facilitate Agile ceremonies and documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories) Use structured analysis and modeling tools to support business needs Must-Have Skills: 6–9 years total IT experience, with 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Experience with Order Management Systems (Sterling OMS / Manhattan OMS) Retail domain knowledge (inventory, order flow, fulfillment, etc.) Hands-on with Agile/SAFe methodology (Epics, Features, Stories, Scrum ceremonies)

Manhattan OMS Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Manhattan Distributed Order Management. Strong background in direct-to-consumer processes, distributed order management, supply chain, and fulfillment operations using Manhattan OMS. Expertise in various Manhattan modules such as Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Call Center, Order Orchestration, Enterprise Inventory, Available to Commerce (ATC), and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI). Experience with SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos) for building, scheduling, and modifying reports and dashboards. REST APIs, Java, JSON, data mapping & SQL. Advanced SQL knowledge and experience is preferred. Proven grasp of architecture and integration design. Experience supporting full Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles, including understanding business processes, assembling user requirements, design, testing, deployment, and training.
