Manhattan WMS Consultant

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer challenges, diagnosing issues, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will take ownership of proposal development, contribute to solution design based on your expertise, configure products, conduct pilots, and address any queries related to requirements and design. Your responsibilities will also include conducting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept workshops, preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgets, and leading small projects to deliver high-quality solutions that add value to our clients. You will actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to support customers in their digital transformation journey. In terms of technical requirements, you should have expertise in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Manhattan OMS and Manhattan WMS. Additionally, you are expected to develop strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients, possess knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on industry trends, and demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Moreover, you should have an understanding of financial processes, pricing models, domain knowledge in one or two industries, client interfacing capabilities, and experience in project and team management. Preferred skills include proficiency in Supply Chain Management technologies such as Manhattan OMS and Manhattan WMS.
