As an Infoscion, your role involves getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. Your responsibilities include: - Developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your expertise. - Planning configuration activities, configuring the product as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Technology) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. - Actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to offer high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Additionally, you will be expected to possess the following qualifications: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive innovation, growth, and increase business profitability. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models, along with the ability to identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions. - Proficiency in at least one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, project management, and team management.
