Description
Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Retail team. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring retail-specific needsspanning across merchandising, inventory, store ops, loyalty, digital commerce, and supply chainare well understood and translated into functional requirements for solutions. Key Responsibilities: Retail Process Understanding: Analyze and map core retail processes including merchandising, promotions, pricing, store operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer engagement. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements across physical and digital retail touchpoints. Solution Design Support: Collaborate with product owners, architects, and tech teams to define and validate user stories, use cases, and workflows. System Experience: Understand POS, OMS, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platform workflows; experience with retail-specific solutions like Oracle Retail, SAP IS-Retail, Manhattan, or Shopify Plus is a plus. Customer Journeys: Map end-to-end customer journeys across omnichannel touchpoints (in-store, online, mobile) and identify pain points and improvement areas. Stakeholder Communication: Lead workshops, write business requirement documents (BRD), and maintain backlogs in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
