As a Business Analyst at our AI-driven organization, your role will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring that AI-based solutions align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the values and vision of the organization - Protecting the Intellectual Property - Adhering to all the policies and procedures - Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements for AI-driven solutions - Creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for clear communication - Conducting Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies and propose actionable recommendations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met - Identifying business process improvements and recommending AI-based automation opportunities - Translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide insights - Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions - Assisting in creating project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables - Supporting the development of test plans and validating AI models - Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights - Staying up to date with the latest AI advancements Essential Skills Required: - Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation - Proficiency in Gap Analysis and identifying key areas for process improvement - Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics - Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Lucidchart, or Visio - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools - Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal Skills Required: - Collaborative approach to effectively present and advocate for business and technical alignment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects - Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction - Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in additional business analysis tools - Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts - Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, SQL, and data visualization tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proactive thinking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an AI, data science, or technology-driven environment - Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus This role offers the flexibility of remote work in India.,
