Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct credit risk assessment and analysis, including developing and implementing credit scoring and risk management models.
Create strategies for requirements, scope, and implementation rules related to credit risk frameworks and models.
Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to derive insights and present actionable reports.
Document and optimize lending workflows through process modelling using BPMN or UML to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Gather, document, and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating with product and technology teams.
Prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams, for project implementation.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of credit card lending processes, credit risk assessment, and scoring models.
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with process modelling tools such as BPMN or UML.
Expertise in requirements gathering and management using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
