Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Interacting with various stakeholders to understand the requirements; and integrate these into the RapiPay platform for the underlying payment services. Can lead product related conversations with prospective stakeholders and create & manage stakeholders.
• Providing analytical support in metrics, reporting, automation and dashboard development
• Proposing data-driven solutions and formulating business strategy from enormous unorganised data
• Fundamental understanding of solution workflows, technical specifications (if needed) integrations and is able to anchor an implementation end-to-end.
• Liaising with technology team/ partners to implement the RapiPay solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform.
• Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; engaging with internal teams for definition of payment processes.
• Escalating issues that are open or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.
• Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner.

Desired profile of the candidate:

• A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, and analysis
• Must understand API integration between different sources
• Experience in creating PRDs, change request and maintain end to end tracking till deployment
• Worked in Agile methodology
• Create requirements succinctly with customer centric viewpoints
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Ability to handle stakeholders in a mature and highly responsive manner.
• Ability to handle the day-to-day management of tasks, resolve problems and issues, and implement action plans to meet objectives within defined timelines.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
• Great motivation to drive the business forward. Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dive deep to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated experience of thinking creatively, taking the initiative and constructively advocating on behalf of clients internally.
• Ability to interact with multiple teams and effective delivery of the final requirement.
• Good to have graduated as an Engineer in computer science or any other relevant stream.
