Business Analyst ( Post Sales)

Provis Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst – Post-Sales (SaaS) to join our growing team. This role will focus on working with clients after the deal is closed, ensuring seamless project execution, requirement gathering, solution validation, and successful delivery of SaaS-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather, validate, and refine business and technical requirements post-sales.
• Translate client requirements into clear documentation (BRD, SRS, workflows, user stories).
• Work closely with the delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct SaaS onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training for clients.
• Assist in creating functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Monitor progress of SaaS implementations and provide ongoing support during deployment.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth communication.
• Support in change management, enhancements, and continuous improvement for client solutions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/SaaS with a focus on post-sales or delivery.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and implementation lifecycles.
• Proven experience in client engagement, requirement analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
