Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, your role will involve understanding business requirements and translating them into detailed use cases and user stories/tasks. You will act as an interface between the client, technical teams, and support teams, effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements. Your responsibilities will also include creating functional specifications for developers and testers, planning sprints, monitoring daily scrum meetings, and resolving impediments. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the UX team for new UI designs and reviews, as well as identify, manage, and control changes provided by the client. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into detailed use cases and user stories/tasks - Act as an interface between the client, technical teams, and support teams - Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements - Create functional specifications for developers and testers - Plan sprints and monitor daily scrum meetings to identify and resolve impediments - Work closely with the UX team for new UI designs and reviews - Identify, manage, and control changes provided by the client - Test and audit functionality to assess the quality of deliverables at periodic intervals - Create BRDs, User Stories, Flow diagrams, and UX design - Monitor testing tasks and practices to ensure product testing is on track - Conduct product demos to clients regularly - Investigate and respond to routine or standard requests and queries from the client - Provide post-release go-live support for issue resolution Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst - Proficiency in SDLC concepts and ability to work cohesively with Dev and QA team members - Experience in project management, Agile, and Scrum methodologies - Proficiency in using Jira to manage projects - Experience in Web and Windows applications - Good to have - Previous experience or background in Shipping ERP systems and technology - Database query skills (e.g., Microsoft SQL or equivalent) - Strong verbal and written communication skills If you have any additional details about the company, please provide them, and I can include that information in the job description.,
