Business Analyst (Pharma domain)

The role of a Program Manager involves the development and execution of operational work plans. You will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of modules for a new business build. It is crucial to drive complete ownership of the allocated module and ensure effective coordination and collaboration between teams to adhere to timelines. Reporting to the Program Manager and Promoter (Dotted), you will play a key role in stakeholder management by working closely with the promoter to drive new business execution. In this role, you will operate in a startup mode by managing a small team to drive results. Managing and maintaining effective dialogue between teams/leads to achieve milestones in time is essential. As a Program Manager, you will facilitate regular check-ins, track progress through KPIs, and implement frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes. Furthermore, you will have ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning. To excel in this position, you should possess 3-6 years of experience in program management, preferably in the pharma and healthcare industry. A generalist profile with the ability to drive varied modules and ramp-up quickly is desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with experience in project management in a cross-functional environment with multiple dependencies. Knowledge of the pharma industry, particularly in Trade generics, will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in executing roadmaps and projects to success. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role. Moreover, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is essential. Requirements for this position include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or any graduate degree. The salary range for this role is between 10 lacs to 15 lacs.
