As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in research, analysis, and communication to ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Research & Analyze: - Perform industry research to address technology or business process issues. - Gathering Requirements: - Elicit requirements through various methods like interviews, document analysis, and surveys. - Develop clear and concise requirement statements through workshops and analysis. - Simplifying & Analyze Clients Requirement: - Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and feasible. - Validate and verify requirement statements to maintain clarity. - Design Process Flow: - Create wireframes, workflows, and diagrams to depict process flow effectively. - Documentation: - Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, and system specifications. - Preparing Priority List: - Understand and communicate urgent business requirements to prioritize effectively. - Internal & External Communication: - Collaborate with teams and business units for seamless communication. - Develop Progress Report: - Track requirements status and prepare project progress reports regularly. - Additional Change in Current Project: - Manage changes to requirements efficiently using change control processes. - Development of Test Scenarios & Cases: - Create test scenarios and cases for UAT and system implementations. - Demo: - Conduct regular demos for clients and company management. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation. - Familiarity with tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office, and Visio. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a multicultural approach. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Experience in software product-based IT organizations. It is beneficial for you to have: - Advanced training in the travel industry. - Knowledge of XML.
