Job Title: Senior : Business Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Office (All 5 days)

work Timing : 12PM to 9PM

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management: Lead and support change management efforts by identifying areas for improvement, assessing impacts, and developing strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data and market trends to support decision-making processes and provide data-driven recommendations. 

Reporting: Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools. Design and implement high performance BI dashboard integration that incorporate leading BI & Visualization tools for enterprise -wide reporting; enabling timely analysis and competitive edge. 

Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and develop solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. 

Project Management: Take ownership of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time. 

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management. 

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing strategies to mitigate operational and compliance risks. 

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, and project progress. 

Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.

SQL, Power BI, MS-Office Tools || Python (added advantage)
