Business analyst (mobile gaming application)

As a Business Analyst at Career Bloc, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering with crossfunctional stakeholders to convert business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will analyze transactional and product data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities, enabling you to build actionable dashboards and reports for leadership. Your role will also involve mapping, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering and convert business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Analyze transactional and product data to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Build actionable dashboards and reports for leadership. - Map, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes and workflows. - Coordinate and execute UAT and regression testing. - Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning. - Produce functional documentation including process flows, requirement traceability, release notes, and KPI definitions. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Proficiency in SQL - Advanced Excel skills - Experience with Power BI, Jira, and Confluence - Ability in process mapping Preferred: - Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel - Knowledge of Tableau - CBAP or Lean Six Sigma certification In addition, you should have: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, product analysis, or process improvement within SaaS/HRtech industries. - Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running UAT or regression test cycles. - A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
