Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with specialized supply chain expertise to analyze data gaps, gather comprehensive business requirements, and optimize Oracle Demantra implementations to enhance overall supply chain performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for supply chain optimization initiatives
• Oracle Demantra Management: Configure, customize, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Demantra systems focusing on demand planning and forecasting modules
• Data Analysis: Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret supply chain data from multiple sources
• Process Optimization: Identify critical data gaps and provide actionable insights to drive continuous process improvements
• Agile Development Support: Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories and ensure seamless alignment with development teams

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL development and complex database querying
• Business Analysis: Proven experience in business requirements gathering and comprehensive functional analysis
• Oracle Demantra: Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Demantra systems
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, and forecasting methodologies
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in enterprise environments

Highly Preferred:

• Deep Oracle Demantra Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge across all Oracle Demantra modules and advanced configuration capabilities

Good to Have:

• SAP HANA Experience: Familiarity with SAP HANA platform and related analytics tools
