Position Summary:

Business Analyst - Eye Test Quality Program Management

As a Business Analyst in the Eye Test Quality Program Management team, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in Lenskart's optometric services. This role requires a unique blend of program management expertise and business analysis skills to ensure the seamless execution of eye test quality initiatives across 2,000+ stores.

Your ability to analyze complex data sets, identify actionable insights, and manage cross-functional projects will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. With advanced proficiency in data tools, analytical modeling, and presentation software, you will track key performance metrics, forecast trends, and develop impactful strategies to improve eye test throughput, accuracy, and customer experience.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to translate data-driven insights into clear action plans, ensuring alignment across teams and driving the successful implementation of quality improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to support strategic decisions related to new store development and eye test quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key metrics, including eye test accuracy, throughput, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, deliver actionable insights, and align efforts for program success.
• Lead the analytic program management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of quality improvement programs, adherence to timelines, and effective resource allocation.
• Create compelling presentations with a strong narrative and visual storytelling, including animations, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in transforming intricate concepts into captivating visuals, harmonizing creativity, design thought, and innovation.
• Demonstrate imaginative inquisitiveness by exploring innovative design methods and staying abreast of the latest industry advancements.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in data analysis, program management, and presentation tools to improve departmental capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization
• Exceptional program management and presentation skills, including experience with creating engaging presentations and knowledge of animation techniques. Hands-on with Adobe, Photoshop, etc.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the retail industry, particularly in store development or expansion, is a plus
