Job Description

Objective:

Support IT projects through research, analysis, and feature recommendations while maintaining strong, proactive client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct competitor and industry research across domains (medical, insurance, automotive, etc.).
Analyse websites and identify useful features to improve client projects.
Prepare clear insights, comparison reports, and enhancement suggestions.
Maintain regular, positive communication with clients for relationship-building (non-technical updates).
Collaborate with the IT team to support requirement gathering and project planning.

Required Skills:

Fluent English-speaking and communication skills.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Ability to study and understand websites across multiple industries.
Basic understanding of IT, digital platforms, and technical concepts.
