Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst with experience in IT consulting and AI

transformation projects. The role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions,

preparing detailed requirement documentation, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to align strategic objectives with AI-enabled technical solutions.
Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Prepare BRD, FRD, wireframes, and detailed Scope of Work (SOW).
Perform gap analysis and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Work with project managers to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely deliverables.
Recommend AI-driven process improvements and technology enhancements.
Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outputs.

Skills & Qualifications

2- 3 years experience in business analysis within IT consulting & AI projects.
Knowledge of AI concepts: ML, NLP, predictive analytics, automation.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio/Lucidchart, and wireframing tools like Balsamiq/Figma.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
B.Tech is Mandatory
