We are seeking an experienced T24 Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in the Temenos Transact (T24) Security Module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, designing solutions, and supporting implementation across security, access control, and compliance functions within T24.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders for T24 Security module functionalities.
• Analyse existing access controls, user roles, and security matrix within T24 and propose enhancements.
• Design and document target-state processes, functional specifications, and configuration requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams for T24 security parameterization, user provisioning, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests related to security, authentication, and regulatory compliance.
• Validate delivered solutions through Functional Testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect triage.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and information security standards.
• Coordinate with Temenos consultants, internal IT teams, and business SMEs for end-to-end delivery.
• Provide SME guidance on T24 security-related modules, including user roles, password policies, enquiry access, menu configuration, and permissions.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FSD, test scenarios, SOPs, and user training material.
• Support production issues related to T24 security, access, and authorisation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of total experience with strong hands-on expertise in Temenos Transact (T24).
• Deep understanding of T24 Security Module, including:
• User and Role Management
• Access Rights / Restrictions
• Password & Authentication Controls
• Enquiry and Menu Access Control
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Strong understanding of T24 architecture, COB, Versions, Enquiries, OFS, and Interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality functional outputs.
