The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools. Leads Management team (Horizontal team for International Seller Services) manages lead generation, prioritization, tracking (WBR), and for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works in collaboration with a Data Science team to deliver high quality leads to the Seller management/recruiting teams across the globe This a BIE equivalent role for the org. Work will include to build small to mid-size BI solutions data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses or components of larger solutions to answer straightforward business questions with data. Work incorporates business intelligence best practices, data management fundamentals, and analysis principles. Drive & deliver ML/Rule based prioritization models for the account management teams. Setup (or) manage programs by defining the metrics, reporting, monitoring the performance, implementing the technical initiatives. Deliver on all analytics requirements for the business required for launch of the new initiative Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Perform deep dives, data analysis and provide an insightful solution to the customer problems. Have a good understanding of the relevant data lineage: including sources of data; how metrics are aggregated; and how the resulting business intelligence is consumed, interpreted and acted upon by the business. Build automation to reduce dependencies on manual data pulls etc. Tracking and reporting performance of the programs using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets Knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for querying, processing, persisting, analyzing and presenting data. Proficient in SQL. Maintain and refine straightforward ETL. Create and populate data structures using one or more schema definition languages (e.g. DDL, SDL, XSD, RDF). Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects. Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and other workflows About the team Leads Management (LM) LM function is a central function across ISS which manages lead generation, prioritization, tracking (WBR), recruitment strategies, and internal automation across 300+ program/arc combinations across EU5, EU3PX, EUB2B, LATAM, AU, INGS, CNGS, JP, USGS. 3+ years of handling live projects/programs end to end, by owning the goals, delivery and reporting. Ability to work with IT systems, understanding of SQL. Knowledge on MS Excel to prepare, track and report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence Bachelors degree required, MBA is a plus Masters degree, or Advanced technical degree Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
