Job Description

As a Business Analyst with 7-14 years of experience, your role will involve creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), managing stakeholders, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and utilizing Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy. A deep understanding of the Investment Domain, particularly in areas like Capital markets, Asset management, and Wealth management, is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements - Analyze data and test systems to ensure they meet business needs - Possess a strong background in investment management or financial services - Familiarity with concepts like Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data traps, and reconciliation workflows - Utilize technical expertise in BI and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL - Engage effectively with stakeholders and have excellent communication skills - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Proven abilities in analytical problem-solving - Deep knowledge of investment data platforms such as Golden Source, NeoXam, RIMES, and JPM Fusion - Expertise in cloud data technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS/GCP/Azure data services - Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage - Hands-on experience with Investment Book of Records (IBORs) like Blackrock Alladin, CRD, Eagle STAR (ABOR), Eagle Pace, and Eagle DataMart - Familiarity with investment data platforms including Golden Source, FINBOURNE, NeoXam, RIMES, and JPM Fusion - Background in data governance, metadata management, and data lineage frameworks (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
