Business Analyst Internship

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to prioritize requirements from various clients and effectively communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. You will need to assess change proposals and define solutions that align with the organization's goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for discovering, organizing, and clarifying business needs, as well as producing specifications for change. Collaboration with the development team is essential to ensure a clear understanding of the specifications. You will be expected to conduct business process modeling, generate scenarios for technology functionality testing, and stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Creating presentations to share ideas and findings, documenting and communicating results, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements, performing user acceptance testing, and managing projects, including developing plans and monitoring performance. Moreover, you will play a key role in updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely project completion. You will also be required to prepare business requirement documents and scope of work documents as part of your responsibilities.
