Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in developing process maps, workflows, and business models
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Participate in meetings and workshops to understand project goals and user expectations
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on feedback

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools
• Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence platforms, or project management tools (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Academic or project experience in data analysis, business strategy, or operations (preferred)
