Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process:

  • Analyse, consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions
  • Generate Standard or Custom Reports Summarizing Business and Financial Data for review by Executives, Managers, Clients, and Other Stakeholders.
  • Publish presentations which involve intensively Collecting, Organizing, Interpreting the data & presenting data in a comprehensive manner.
  • Interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.
  • Ensuring timely availability of data to Stakeholders through regular communication to support business operations
  • Provide detailed assessments of Operational processes with focus on process improvement, cost savings.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as and when needed.
  • Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel/G-suite (primarily) and PowerPoint/G slides.
  • Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques
  • Accountable for validation of data - storage,carrying out quality audit of the data, checking with stakeholders as required

Client:

  • Evaluate current processes and procedures, and identifying issues that cause rejections, denials, 90+ AR build up then recommend changes in the Payor specific revenue cycles to optimize the rejections and denial rates leading to higher first pass collections for the payors
  • Support in preparing Individual, Client, Account level Analysis and Reports as required for MBR & QBR with clients.

Financial:

  • Identify quick cash escalations / Global issues and resolve them with the Operations and Client to accelerate cash
  • Identify Key Improvement Areas providing domain specific updates and Monitor current cash trend and forecast cash using business intelligence tools

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream is a must.
  • Graduate in Engineering OR Statistics would be preferred

Role Prerequisites:

  • Freshers directly out of Premier college/institutions OR minimum of 2+ years of overall experience is a must.
  • An experience of working in an analytical and consulting role as well as conducting data analysis and intelligence would be preferred.

Functional Competencies:

  • Knowledge of working on advanced Excel and Macros i.e. strong inclination towards numbers, excel spreadsheets, formulae, queries etc is a must
  • Knowledge across any RCM function & US Healthcare would be preferred
  • Knowledge of working on G-suite, Basic R, Python etc would be preferred
  • Knowledge of BI software applications (Rtool, Mini Tab, Power BI, YellowFin etc), SQL/VBA knowledge would be preferred
  • Logical Thinking

  • Business Orientation - To be able to understand different levels of data to come to business insights and the truth behind the numbers
