Business Analyst II

As a Business Analyst II at Worley, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while further enhancing your skills and experience. Your main responsibilities will revolve around conducting analysis and documentation of business requirements for analytics and AI projects. You will also lead cross-functional stakeholder engagements to ensure clear understanding and articulation of deliverables, collaborating with development and QA teams to clarify requirements. In this role, you will be expected to conduct gap analyses of current capabilities versus desired ones, providing insights for improvement. It is crucial to ensure alignment with global data governance and master data standards while driving consistency in data definitions, KPIs, and metrics across global teams. Additionally, you will be involved in data analysis through reports and visualization, exploring the latest tools and technologies related to BI and AWS, and supporting change management activities by developing documentation, conducting training, and promoting the adoption of solutions. To excel in this position, it is essential to have 8-10 years of industry experience with exposure to business analysis, along with a degree in business management, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView is advantageous, as well as knowledge of UI/UX and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Basic knowledge of SQL is recommended, and experience in the Energy and Utilities domain is a plus. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a team player, possess professional and open communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance to team members, and report accurately to management in a timely manner.
