Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 10-25 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and mobile apps, with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current and target business operations.
Document requirements for programs and evaluate business processes.
Perform requirement and technical analysis, writing requirements that meet business needs.
Generate process documents and reports, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Translate data into actionable insights using relevant tools like Visio, PUML, Jira, and SQL.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong knowledge of banking exposure, mobile apps, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with Murex techno-functional SMEs and knowledge of relevant tools.
Ability to pick up bigger accountability and roles mapped to C9 equivalent in NatWest.
Prior exposure to Wealth Management / Private Banking is highly desirable, past NatWest experience is desirable.
