Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 10-25 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and mobile apps, with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current and target business operations.
• Document requirements for programs and evaluate business processes.
• Perform requirement and technical analysis, writing requirements that meet business needs.
• Generate process documents and reports, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Translate data into actionable insights using relevant tools like Visio, PUML, Jira, and SQL.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking exposure, mobile apps, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Murex techno-functional SMEs and knowledge of relevant tools.
• Ability to pick up bigger accountability and roles mapped to C9 equivalent in NatWest.
• Prior exposure to Wealth Management / Private Banking is highly desirable, past NatWest experience is desirable.
