Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, evaluating current processes, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. The role also involves effective communication with team members to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and understanding of business processes
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in assessing and documenting Business Requirements
• Ability to work independently and participate in remote collaboration
• Proficient with data visualization tools and project management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
