Business Analyst (GPP Configuration)

Current requirement is for Business analyst role with GPP configuration.

Please help to get Business analyst profile.

Below is the JD ( Bold sentences must have skill set).

Experience range can be 5-10 years

Location: Pan India

Quick joiner ( Max range is 30-40 days) is minimum criteria.

Three positions in total:

India : APAC working hours

India : 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

India : India/Mexico/Peru : USA time zone

SME - Roles and Responsibility (Functional Expert / Business Analyst and expert for GPP : Global Play Plus)

Onsite GPP expert

• Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between customer and teams


• Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.


• Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration


• Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.
  
  
  
  • Lead customer calls: understand customer requirements, discuss and explain requirement/issues/root causes/solution, provide status updates, and outline next steps
  
  
  
  


• Support Banks SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc.


• Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.


• Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, Use Cases)
