Business Analyst

As an experienced professional with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, you will be working full time at FIS. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging issues in financial services and technology within a collaborative and fun team environment. You will be expected to travel 15-25% of the time. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end implementation of IT solutions in functional areas such as SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (e.g., RTGS, CHAPS, FED, NACHA), Reconciliation, and Investigations. - Planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives using methodologies like ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma. - Complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation. - Developing metrics for process measurement, identifying improvement opportunities, recommending quality improvement efforts, and collecting data to identify root causes of problems. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in end-to-end implementation of IT solutions in functional areas such as SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems, Reconciliation, and Investigations. - Excellent understanding of organizational business systems and industry requirements.
