As an experienced professional with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, you will have the opportunity to work full time at FIS. You will be expected to travel 15-25% of the time. At FIS, you will work on challenging issues in financial services and technology within a collaborative and fun team environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end implementation of IT solutions in functional areas such as SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (e.g., RTGS, CHAPS, FED, NACHA), Reconciliation, and Investigations. - Excellent understanding of organizational business systems and industry requirements. - Planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives using methodologies like ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma. - Complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation. - Development of metrics for process measurement, identification of improvement opportunities, recommendation of quality improvement efforts, and data collection to identify root causes of problems. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor of Computer Science degree. - Experience in end-to-end implementation of IT solutions in various functional areas. - Knowledge of SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems, Reconciliation, and Investigations. - Understanding of organizational business systems and industry requirements. - Proficiency in methodologies like ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
