Job Description

Role Overview :

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CRM & ERP modernization
Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and create user stories/BRDs
Collaborate with Product Managers on process flows, KPIs, and functional documentation
Support no-code/low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate
Validate requirements via UAT scripts and test scenarios

Required Skills

Domain expertise in at least 3 areas: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Dataverse modelling
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and extensions
Excellent documentation & communication skills
