Business Analyst Digital Solutions (Construction Industry Focus)

Role Overview: You are being offered the exciting position of Business Analyst / Project Manager / Product Manager - Digital Transformation for Digital Transformation Team in Hyderabad. Your main duties will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing digital solutions, owning products, participating in Agile teams, providing data-driven insights, enabling digital transformation, engaging stakeholders, and managing change communication. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with internal teams, domain experts, and external stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. - Map user journeys, document business processes, and identify opportunities for digital intervention in project lifecycle. - Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to translate requirements into user stories, wireframes, workflows, and technical specifications. - Act as Product Owner or proxy in Agile teams; prioritize backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Identify and propose KPIs for solution monitoring and impact assessment. - Conduct workshops, training, and user onboarding for new tools. - Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in a software product or IT services company. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate in IT/Systems or Construction Management. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or equivalent. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications, Power BI/Data Analytics certification (preferred).
