Business Analyst (Data Steward)

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst (Data Steward) at infoAnalytica, you will be contributing to the data services business unit by managing data as a corporate asset. Your role will involve identifying, understanding, and utilizing new, existing, and legacy data assets to increase efficiency and re-use of data. You will be responsible for overseeing all company and customer data assets built for data services projects. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing data strategy, data governance, and data policy development to create value for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage data as a corporate asset by identifying and understanding the use of new, existing, and legacy data assets to increase efficiency and re-use. - Oversee strategic data priorities for various projects and guide teams on data acquisition, analysis, and exploitation. - Act as a thought leader in defining data acquisition strategy and roadmap, leveraging existing data assets, and acquiring new data sources. - Work closely with tech teams to organize and create an accessible data environment with appropriate access controls. - Build effective MIS systems for data optimization and reuse. - Play a mentorship role to key personnel within the data department, encouraging growth and efficiency. Qualification Required: - At least 3 years of working experience in a data-heavy role or demand generation space. - Hands-on experience in executing data projects and exceeding customer expectations. - Good technology insight and awareness, with the ability to identify and leverage the right technology for data processes. - Understanding of self-service data preparation mechanisms is a plus. - Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative setting. - Ability to work comfortably with business top-leadership and executives, remain organized, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Results-driven mindset and focus on making infoAnalytica's data organization smarter and results-driven.,
