Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in:
• Gathering and documenting user requirements
• Preparing system requirements
• Designing and developing SRS/FRS documents as a Business Analyst
• Preferably experience in government projects

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for the project team.
• Prepare comprehensive SRS, FRS, workflow documents, process maps, and presentations.
• Act as a communication bridge between the client, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Support project coordination activities during both Development and O&M phases.
• Ensure requirement clarity, documentation accuracy, and timely updates.
• Assist in tracking project progress, issue escalation, and compliance with timelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate within teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and requirement-gathering skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12-60 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
