As a Business Analyst - Contract & Subscription Model at Artmac Soft, you will play a crucial role in optimizing contract management processes and subscription lifecycle workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in SaaS, subscription, or contract-driven businesses. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and contract management processes. - Applying hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or subscription management tools. - Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing contract management processes and subscription lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, billing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. - Collaborating with diverse teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, IT) to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications. - Performing data analysis to offer insights into subscription metrics, revenue recognition, churn, and customer behavior. - Supporting the implementation and enhancement of subscription management platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems. - Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and suggesting scalable solutions. - Assisting in preparing business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. - Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and documentation for system changes. - Staying informed about industry trends related to subscription-based and contract-driven business models. - Demonstrating excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
