Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of solutions Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations Support change management and training efforts Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, user stories) Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus Attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications: Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail] Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools
